For all the skinny guys here my tips: i went from 65 to 75kg wity 7% bodyfat in one year naturally but worked out 4-6 times a week: daily calorie intake was 4000 calories a day, eat proteins after each work out. Stop doing sets of 15+ reps and start doing repetitions of 8 and sets of four with 80% of your maximum weight you can lift. Start working out seperate muscle groups, every muscle group takes 72 hours of rest and i did two muscle groups a day so you can rotate. And between sets 1,5 min till 2 minutes rest. Many people don't know rest between sets, rest between days and enough sleep is just as important as working out. Remember it's not a sprint, it's a marathon and expect to see the best results in a year. (Dont want to grow to fast because you can get stretchmarks as your muscles grow faster than your skin can adapt). Btw gj OP

It's so fucking hard to gain weight for me, i've tried everything, eat a lot of food all the time, go to gym, trying a different diet for bodybuilder, drink some med and milk for gaining weight, even a doctor can't help that much. Fuck my metabolism
