Một buổi sáng sớm tinh sương trời thường trở lạnh nhất là vào những ngày mùa đông. Nên mình rất muốn nấu một món nóng và là món nước dùng cho ăn sáng. Do đó, miến thịt viên nấm đông cô và củ cải là lựa chọn đầu tiên mà mình đặt ra.
Trước tiên đem miến ngâm trong nước lạnh cho sợi miến được dịu. Củ cải gọt vỏ thái thành những miếng nhỏ và mỏng.
Đun nóng 20ml dầu ăn, cho ít hành boa rô vào đảo đều cho thơm. Sau đó cho củ cải trắng đã cắt vào xào sơ khoảng 5 phút cho chín sơ rồi vớt ra để riêng.
Đun sôi nồi nước. Nấm đông cô và nấm mèo tươi được làm sạch rồi cho vào nồi nước luộc khoảng 1 phút rồi vớt ra để riêng. Nếu không có nấm tươi thì sử dụng nấm khô, ngâm nở trước khi chế biến nhé!
Tiếp đến, đổ chỗ củ cải xào ra nồi thủy tinh, dàn đều. Đặc miến đã ngâm nở lên trên, thêm tiếp thịt bò viên, nấm đông cô, nấm mèo, ít đầu hành boa rô và ít gừng lát, 1 trái ớt. Nêm 5g muối, 20ml nước tương, 5g dầu hào vào. Thêm ít nước luộc nấm vào gần xâm xấp mặt. Sau đó cho nồi lên bếp đun sôi cho đến khi miến chín mềm là được.
Cuối cùng rắc thêm ít hành lá thái nhỏ lên trên nữa là có thể dùng. Món miến thịt viên nấm đông cô và củ cải dùng nóng trong những buổi sáng trời đông là ngon hết biết luôn đấy! Đảm bảo no bụng và rất là ấm lòng.
