Bún xào chay là món ngon dễ làm trong những ngày không biết phải nấu món gì hoặc ngày ăn chay. Cách làm bún xào chay đơn giản, có nhiều rau củ, nên ăn không bị ngán, còn có cả tàu hủ ky chiên giòn cắt sợi cực ngon luôn các chị em ạ. Chỉ cần bỏ một chút công sức vào bếp, bạn đã có thể thưởng thức hương vị thơm ngon của bún xào chay rồi.
Bước đầu tiên, bạn chỉ cần ngâm bún gạo vào nước lạnh khoảng 8 - 10 phút, không ngâm nước nóng kẻo bún xào chay sẽ bị nát. Sau đó, vớt ra để ráo.
Tiếp theo, bạn rửa sạch rồi thái sợi cà rốt to một chút và cần tây cắt khúc, hành boaro rửa sạch băm nhỏ.
Tiếp đến, bạn cắt đậu hũ chiên làm 3 rồi chiên lại cho giòn và cắt sợi. Tàu hũ ky cũng chiên giòn rồi cắt sợi. Món bún xào chay này có tàu hủ ky mới ngon đó.
Chúng ta tiến hành pha nước tương cho món bún gạo xào chay. Các bạn pha theo công thức 1,5 thìa bột ngọt+ 1 thìa nước tương+ 1/2 thìa muối+ ½ thìa đường khuấy đều.
Cho lên bếp một cái chảo đun nóng rồi cho dầu vào đun sôi. Dầu sôi ta cho hành boaro vào xào thơm. Tiếp tục là thêm phần nấm tàu hũ ki, cà rốt, cần tây, vào đảo cho đều tay. Chúng ta sẽ xào như vậy khoảng 3 phút thì thêm phần đậu hũ chiên và hỗn hợp nước tương đã pha vào. Tiếp đến là nêm vào khoảng 1 muỗng cà phê sa tế rồi cho tiếp bún gạo vào xào chung, đảo đều là bún xào chay đã hoàn thành.
